Yearly Prepaid purchase 
The cancellation window is within the first 30 days of purchase. If your refund request is approved, you will be issued a refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
You can keep the letters you’ve already received. 
Monthly subscription
If you cancel within the 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. After that, you can cancel  your monthly subscription at any time, no further payments will be charged. You will receive all the letters that you paid for.
